- IIIsabellaSep 30, 20261.0Unimpressed. Absolutely astonished by how bad this interaction was. One of the workers there said I was able to bring my change to the service desk and they would exchange it for free instead of using the coinstar. I brought it in and had about 2 bottles (so not much), and the lady, KATE, took over AN HOUR to sort everything. If I didnt hear the machine going in the back with my coins in it, I would’ve genuinely thought she was counting it 3 times over by hand. Brought in a small milk jug type bottle, said she could cut it open if needed since I was going to throw it away anyways. Then proceeded to cut her hand with scissors, came out with a wad of paper towels covering her hand, yet no blood or anything visible, then handed the scissors OFF TO ME to cut the thing open just so I could get my change sorted out. Absolutely incompetent. 3 other customers waiting in line behind me, giving dirty looks as if I was the worker taking an hour and a half without helping anyone else in the meantime. I went very early before work in case I had the misfortune of having a situation like this happen, and I was STILL LATE. Not worth losing my job over. Kate needs to be held accountable because there is absolutely no excuse for how long it took. And I’m not usually one to make negative reviews, but I made a google account just to comment this. Just disappointing if anything.
