  I ordered 2 pizzas through the app to be carried out. Picked them up, they had my receipts with them, tucked into the box. I opened up the pizza COMPLETELY wrong I ordered a hawaiian pizza got the wrong size pizza with wrong sauce no toppings, and I got a regular garlic and chicken pizza but it didnt have any garlic, instead onions and barbecue sause?! I nicely went inside and explained and I felt extremely embarrassed and the employees were extremely rude and mean about it, acting like it was my fault that they messed up the pizzas. They initially refused to make me new pizzas even though I brought the receipts and pizzas in and you could clearly see they were wrong! I'm genuinely so disappointed in this restaurant ive gone in other times and have seen the co workers screaming and fighting right at the counter. As someone who works in the food industry this is not how a employees should act towards customers or in front of customers.

  Mess up with oder it is my second time the women at the desk she is not all paying attention for what the costumers are asking and it is not alt all the busy time very rude staff and service

  We only just moved here roughly 6-ish month ago, and apparently based of reviews that's when this location went downhill. Without fail, this location has somehow managed to send the wrong food, completely miss items from the order or even take so long to deliver we've had to call and check up on what was happening. Tonight our order showed up and didn't have the extra sauces ordered. And of course the claim process only gives you coupons to use. We don't want to be stuck ordering more to make up for the problems we've already had. The only upside is that the drivers have always been great.
