    We got to Dunkin at 5 pm it is now 5:58 and we are STILL waiting for 3 coffees. This place absolutely sucks. If you want fast, easy, nice service do NOT go here. You're better off finding a different Dunkin anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.

    Took 25 mins for 2 coffies they where rude and disheveled and the place was a mess and they let the lines bulid up 4 people cant make 1 drink right wasted of time and money

    On several occasions, this location has been extremely disorganized and dysfunctional. While I understand employees may occasionally call out, there should be adequate staffing available to step in and assist when needed. Once again, I visited this morning and was asked whether I had placed an online order. When I said no, I was told the front counter was closed and that they were not accepting in-person orders because the limited staff was only handling online orders. Meanwhile, the number of customers waiting for online orders was backed up out the door. Management at this location clearly needs to reevaluate staffing and operational procedures. The current situation creates a poor customer experience and reflects a lack of preparedness and leadership.

    The only good thing about this place is the people are really sweet when talking to you. The food took about 20 min in my time I saw 3 cars drive off and then they forgot my donut and proceeded after another 5 minute wait to give me the wrong donut. Would not recommend. Just go down the street to Berlin.
