  I am honestly ashamed by the management of this establishment today 5/17/2026 there was two very very nice gentleman working . They were absolutely awesome . However I walk in and the inside degrees was legit prob 10 degrees hotter then the outside temperature mind you IT HIT EIGHTY DEGREES TODAY. They told me the AC is broken WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES WORKING WITH NO AC.??? The poor kid helping me was sweating and I almost passed out bc I felt sick from how hot it was . I feel so bad for everyone working here with noAC and next weeks suppose to hit 90’s This should be illegal to have employees working with no ac. Wow just wow . No manager should be allowed to let employees work with no ac when the temperature is hot! That’s wild. The employees were great though I’m just disappointed to see them working in heat and no ac inside . Way too hot in there even for customers .

  I was in Subway last night and the employee Chris was wonderful. He always had a smile on his face, said thank you and asked me how my food was after my first bite. I felt very welcomed and i am very satisfied with the way the store is getting better.
