  I groan when my Hannys2Go order mistakenly lands at Goffstown if I order for later in day. So many things are not available, and the pickers have the common sense of a fruitfly. They dont understand a family pack is 3# so if you sub pound packages you get 3. 1/2 gallon = 2 quarts...you get the idea. Then you call a random third party to deliver, who lets things melt. Shipt was SO MUCH better. You have become quite frustrating. If I have to start calling Instacart, I am sending them back to Market Basket.

  Very poor customer service from Hannaford To Go. I called ahead to ask if my order was ready and explained that I could only pick it up if it was ready within the next few minutes. Otherwise, I needed to cancel it. I was told it WAS ready but there would be a little wait. I said I only had about 5 minutes and they said “okay, call when you arrive” When I got there, I was told there would be a 15–20 minute wait. When I explained what I had been told on the phone, the associate accused me of trying to “cut the line” and being unfair to other customers. I wasn’t trying to cut in line. I had called ahead to find out if I could pick up my order right away or needed to cancel it. The interaction was rude and unnecessarily argumentative. I would have been fine canceling the order. I just wish I had been told that before making the trip.

  Slightly smaller Hannaford than Bedford or Manchester, but great store for a quick in and out when needed. Always many helpful workers nearby. We do all of our grocery shopping at Hannaford (except Costco buys).
