Not only did they not put sugar in my coffee, they also sold the donuts I ordered ahead of time!! They did not give me a refund and called giving me two random donuts compensation. Absolutely disappointed and tried making me feel stupid when I pointed out there was no sugar.

Tonight I ordered 2 drinks and two maple bacon bagel twists. I pay at the first window,receive my 2 drinks and then im asked to go to the 2nd window for the rest of my order. I waited for more then 10minutes and then one of the employees came to the window and said they had forgot my order and asked what it was. Then I told them and the employee left the window and came back and said they didnt have the item. So if you didnt have the item then why was it on your menu and why did you let me pay for it. And not just that but the employee was telling me to go to another dunkin donuts and show my receipt and they would give it to me. I asked for a refund and I was told they can't give a refund because there's no manager there. What kind of store is run without some sort of management. This whole situation is bs and unacceptable. Its not even about the refund but the fact that my time was wasted and then your going to direct me to another store to get food that I paid for already. And after the fact your telling me the manager will be there if I want to come in the morning to receive a refund. This dunkin donuts location needs to make sure everything is in order because clearly it's not.

I went through the drive-thru around 1:30pm, and the employee’s attitude was immediately unpleasant. I ordered one item and was met with, “What do you want?” I added another item, and she responded with, “Is that it?” before telling me my total. I understand some people may have rough days, but there was absolutely no friendliness or basic customer service. When I got to the window, I said hello and received no response. She told me my total again in a visibly irritated tone, took my money, walked away, came back and handed me something, then went back again to finish the order. When she finally handed me the rest of my order, I said “thank you” and was again completely ignored. She walked away without saying anything and, to make matters worse, I was not given a receipt or my change. I understand that employees can have bad days, but there is a basic level of respect and customer service that should be expected, especially as I also work in the customer service industry. I left feeling genuinely frustrated and disrespected. I’ve always liked this Dunkin’, but after this experience, I honestly don’t want to come back.
