The bottom box had ants inside. I called otto and spoke with someone who basically said sorry nothing we can do. That isn't how customer service should be handled and also why tipping shouldn't be before delivery (i gave them a good tip). Won't be ordering from here again.

When the waiter finally arrived, she pressured us and said we HAD to leave a large tip. Have been multiple times and the service is always terrible. We were also demanded 25 dollars for a tip. I would not recommend. complements to the chef though, food was pretty good.
