The bottom box had ants inside. I called otto and spoke with someone who basically said sorry nothing we can do. That isn't how customer service should be handled and also why tipping shouldn't be before delivery (i gave them a good tip). Won't be ordering from here again.

When the waiter finally arrived, she pressured us and said we HAD to leave a large tip. Have been multiple times and the service is always terrible. We were also demanded 25 dollars for a tip. I would not recommend. complements to the chef though, food was pretty good.
- TTTim TompkinsJun 22, 20265.0There's no such thing as a perfect restaurant but a couple of the bad reviews I've read have been from some clearly entitled Exeter folk. You can't just steal a chair for your shopping bags when space/seating is limited. That one really got me! Either way, I've been quite a few times and I'm always satisfied. Service is always great as is the food and although I usually do take out I really do like the atmosphere inside as well! It's not the cheapest pizza out there but the price is good given the quality and their rewards system via the app really surprised me with how quickly you can rack up points. Definitely best in town!
