- KMkim mcananySep 29, 20262.0I'm reluctant to even write this review, but this is the local store I have to use, and their service is terrible. I always use the Dunkin' Donuts app to order ahead, which I did. I arrived 20 minutes later, and my order still wasn't ready. There were no other people ahead of me, so I reached the window, and I could only see one person working. However, as far as I know, I was the only customer. They were very unpleasant. Whenever I go inside, it's always dirty. There are always things on the floor, and the napkin dispensers are never full. It's quite disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for a long time. It's sad that I won't be visiting for a while until I find another location. Sometimes I go in there, and when it's not clean, there are eight people standing around talking. Chit-chatting, I'm waiting for my food and my coffee, and no one's cleaning. No one's doing anything. I consistently order an additional shot of espresso, yet I estimate that about half the time, I don't receive it. When this happens, I go inside and inform the staff. I understand that I need to provide proof, which is acceptable. However, when you're presented with a coffee that resembles milk from the outset, you can be certain there's no actual coffee or an extra shot in it. I realize I'm going off on a tangent, but I'm genuinely feeling quite upset.

One of the guys decided to grab three pieces of cheese and threw it at one of the girls and one of the others put a piece on her head. The window was open an you could hear and see the girl yelling to stop while the boys laughed. I've had no problems in the past but today I was disappointed with how the staff was acting.

As we waited at the drive thru, the employee and 3 friends went into the lobby. We ordered, then waited and waited ( 2 hot decafs), "the help" was inside laughing and sing while we waited at the window. After a few minute wait with no contact, we left. Your competetor took our order, money, provided our coffee and we left within 3 minutes. Lesson learned!

After fidgeting with it (if you want two muffins, they have to be the same; it took me a few tries to figure out that I wanted 1 muffin and another 1 muffin), there is no way to use cash. I shouted to a woman behind the counter, and she said to order at the counter for cash. Signage said nothing about that. Once she started helping me, all was well. She was SPECTACULAR.
