  I was the only one present for lunch on a Monday. My cocktails were great and so was the bartender but per usual the pizza was underwhelming and bland . I had the pear pizza and I remember it was more flavorful when they first opened. People keep telling me the pizza is good but when I go it's just not impressive.

  I will start by saying the pizza was delicious and the salads were large and fresh. But the rest of the experience was terrible. Our server was incompetent, forgetting things we asked for, not knowledgeable about the menu items, not coming back to check on us (I had to flag him down more than once). And the cocktails were atrocious. Clearly the bartender did not know how to make martinis, not even the ones on the menu. Our server took the first round away and we ordered espresso martinis instead which were passable, but not “good.” And then the server charged us for the martinis we sent back plus he added a drink onto our bill which didn’t belong to us. My entire group wondered if he was stoned. And it was expensive for a pizza night. I will never go back to the Dover restaurant. Because I enjoyed the pizza, I am going to try another location one time. But if it doesn’t knock my socks off, that will be my last visit to an Otto’s pizza. This was extremely disappointing because I had such high hopes.

  This place is really great place for pizza lovers. I grabbed two slices and ate it outside over the mill waterfalls with my parents for lunch - my dad who usually is against anything but cheese and roni really loved the hot honey ham and cauliflower buffalo pies! That should really tell you all you need to know! The staff were kind and the establishment was spotless (as well as the outdoor patio). I have frequented the Exeter location many times over the years and can confirm this location is as good - if not better! Look forward to a many happy hours here!

  The other day my husband and I took my parents out to Otto's here in Dover. They had tried other Otto's and had semi good semi bad luck so I wanted to change they're minds and show them how awesome this place is and how good the food is. Everytime we've been, we've had great luck with food, drink service, and atmosphere. It's so cozy and the tables are spaced apart nicely so everyone has some breathing room. Well, on the day we went, we accidently planned to go finding out (too late) that it was "porch fest" in town so bands were playing all over the place and all the restaurants we passed were PACKED! So we were afraid we wouldn't get a table. But we sat inside and all was fine and well. Service took a little long and was a little unorganized but how could you fault them for dealing with outdoor diners and festivities and indoor diners all while being shorter staffed due to it being Sunday at 3pm. But our server Jonah (I think) was absolutely amazing. Like whoa! He did his best to bounce all around the place making sure to work as a team and get orders out as quick as possible to whatever table needed it. He was always super apologetic for the long wait and even tried making it right by even giving us a free dessert even though we knew and understood why the service and such was slower than usual. He seriously brought service to another level and even just chatted with us for a few minutes even though he was swamped. He took time to treat us like we were his only customers. And the food came out fresh and hot and delicious as always. My parents were impressed and said they'd definitely come back. And they're really picky eaters so that's saying something. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and has always been since they've opened. 10/10 would recommend.

  Came for porch fest in the summer with friends, took them 30 min to get me a beer. Waitress was pissy and took forever. Had to get the bus boy to check on my drink. Brought my friend some seltzer abomination and told us it was her sangria. Type of experience to make me never come back here. Edit: brought our receipt and card to the wrong table, only for us to realize they charged us for some food (we only ordered drinks)
