It was almost warm, with little to no ice, even though it’s supposed to be a refreshing cold drink. It was honestly undrinkable. I also ordered a sesame bagel, but I was given a plain bagel instead. It wasn’t what I ordered, and I couldn’t enjoy it at all. Because I have an accent, I can’t help but wonder whether the way I was treated had anything to do with it. I sincerely hope that’s not the case, but the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. It’s a shame, especially in a town like Dover, NH, which has such a good reputation. I hope this was simply poor service and not a reflection of how customers are treated. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously.

I recently visited on my lunch break and used the app to order a few things people askef me for at work. When you was going to take a little while to make all that stuff so i waited in the car and ended up falling asleep. One of the customers I guess told the manager and she came out and woke me up would you like to make it back to work and finish the day off I was asleep for a good 30 minutes when was a little late back to work but I probably would have slept in a couple hours if not for her so thank you. Nobody knows what's going on in other people's lives and it's nice to see other people not jump to conclusions and can just show some respect to everyone no matter what there situation. Have some heart and she definitely did. Thank you again. Oh yeah and best hot caramel coffee I've had in a long time. They don't hold back on the sugar.
