  Came in for dinner tonight. There was a long line that almost went out the door, totally fine. While we were in line I observed the employees being quite rude to the customers at the counter. Multiple employees were giving customers attitude. We finally get to the front of the line and kid making burritos greeted us with “what do you want?”. We ended up just leaving because they were out of white rice and said it wouldn’t be ready for 25 minutes… I work in food service and that’s just poor planning at 5:30 on a Saturday night. Plus the AC was broken….

  Food was foul, my steak burrito was mostly gristle and they were completely out of half of the ingredients... on a Thursday evening well after the dinner rush. Staff were at best completely disinterested and in my worst read were maliciously indifferent to the fact that they simply weren't running the restaurant. Will not likely be eating here again.

  Ordered delivery and 2/2 bowls were completely burnt the chicken was burnt. Had to be thrown away and the customer service is extremely unhelped no refund given -32$

  On July 2, I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the Chipotle in Dover, NH. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice, beans, and chips for pickup. When I got home, the bowl was about half the size of what I typically receive when I order in person, and the chips were stale. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, and recently several friends have told me they've had the same issue with online pickup orders from this location. The only reason I ordered online was because my mother had given me Chipotle gift cards, and I didn't have them with me. Otherwise, I would have waited in line and ordered in person. My pickup time was 5:30 p.m., so I understand it was a busy time. However, customers who order online should receive the same quality and portions as those who order at the counter. I had also considered dining in, but every table in the dining area was dirty, so I decided to take my food home instead. This meal was a treat for myself because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle's food. Unfortunately, I've had similar experiences with online orders at other Chipotle locations, although those restaurants were at least clean and well maintained. I hope the Dover, NH location takes a closer look at the consistency of its online pickup orders, food quality, portion sizes, and restaurant cleanliness. Customers should receive the same generous portions and fresh food regardless of how they place their order.

  Ordered online. Wife and I got soft tacos. Both our orders came with hardshell. Guess reading is a struggle. Went to feedback site and got can't help conversation closed. Guess that's how they deal with it. Have confirmation number and everything still closed conversation.
