Then the other round of staff is awful. Twice now I have waited in excess of 20 minutes for just 1 coffee. Service is mediocre and the coffee wasn't even worth the wait. If they moved any slower they'd be in reverse.

They only worry about to drive-thru 90% of the time and lobby is a really long ignoring us for 10 minutes playing with pink receipts. Most in the lobby where annoyed and agitated, while the drive through wrapped around the building and everyone just walking around without a care in the world.

They gave us a pastry instead and when we questioned it saying we ordered a breakfast sandwich, they said we don’t make that anymore and we had to get the pastry. We would have ordered something different, we did not want the pastry we were forced to get. We also asked if they wouldn’t mind putting 10 munchkins in a box for us, not a bag. After we questioned why we couldn’t have a sandwich, they put our munchkins in a bag. Never returning here. UPDATE: Got home and there weren’t even 10 munchkins in our bag, there were 8.
