Not only did they provide a cake .. the girl (wish I had her name) wrote on the cake and made a cross, it was beautiful and it tasted amazing .. chocolate cake was fantastic. Thank you Bakery!!!! You are the best .. went above and beyond ..

I walked away every single time with no help. I spoke to a manager in customer service and she told me I need to go to the deli to get help. This is not customer service, this is worker lazy service. The customer should never have to go find someone to help them. And the manager tell the customer that. Very poorly managed. I was there today and another customer had been standing there with no help. We both walked away with no chicken. You may as well close this section of the store down if there is no one there to sell the chicken. What do you do with it? Throw it away? Take it home and feed your family with it? You certainly don't sell it. It looks like it is for sale.
