Typical dunks atmosphere 🙄 Same fast food, coffee, donuts, sandwiches! Would i recommend? No, no i wouldn't. Donuts, French fries and potato chips will kill you faster then anything! Eat healthy!

I hate saying this but this is the second iced coffee that I have got that tastes like gas station watered down coffee with ice. It’s been awful enough I can’t drink it. Not sure if it’s my choice in coffee or just busy. Up charge for almond milk and never any in it. They are always super friendly at this location so I know they would fix it but more inconvenient to go back.

My family and I came through the drive-thru to get breakfast. It wasn’t busy. There was maybe a car or two ahead of us. We ordered our items. Mine was a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The bread was overcooked and the sausage warm but not warm enough for the cheese to even begin to melt. I walked inside and politely asked for a new sandwich. The biracial girl said “okay,” then she told the lady that was making the sandwiches it needed to be remade. The woman making the sandwiches was a short, chunky, white woman with dirty blonde hair (age approximately late 40s-mid 50s). She had an attitude from the start and I heard her rudely ask the biracial girl “why” as she walked to where i was standing. I explained why I would like my sandwich remade. Clearly annoyed, she turned, grabbed the bucket of croissants (majority of them clearly burnt) and said, “They all look like this.” She grabbed a new croissant threw it down on the counter, opened my old sandwich, grabbed the sausage, egg, and cheese, then placed them all inside the new croissant. My sandwich was already not warm enough, which was one of my complaints. Throughout the frustrating engagement with the sandwich maker, the ingredients surely became even more cold. She rudely put older ingredients between the new croissant. I, respectfully asked, “Ma’am can you please make me a new sandwich with hot ingredients?” She stated that “Everything is heated the same!” She then grabbed a new steaming egg, sausage, and piece of cheese, placed them between the croissant pieces that had the old ingredients, wrapped it, and gave it to me. With sarcasm, she stated, “Have a nice day!” For the record, I was at the same Dunkin a few days prior. The croissant was not burnt, so my guess is someone overcooked the ones that we provided to customers today and decided to still sale them. Anyway this was a horrible experience! The older woman is clearly unhappy with her job and it reflects on how she behaves and treats people. She could definitely use more training on how to engage with customers. As I was turning to leave, a gentleman from behind me asked if someone could give him his drink that was not provided with his drive-thru order. This gave me the impression that the staff are constantly making mistakes without the desire to improve. To say the least, I recommend this Dunkin location be avoided, especially if you was basic customer experience. This experience was far below basic.

They can’t figure out how to confirm a mobile order when we’re pulling through so we’re losing points/visits. Already confirmed with higher ups it’s a store issue but store treated me like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about.

This place sucks. Floor was so sticky I thought I was coming out of my shoes. Coffee is always luke warm. Every dunkins now is too expensive and pretty gross establishments. Heat your coffee. Especially decaf.
