I never write reviews but this location can never get my coffee right! I ordered a simple hot coffee and it taste good but would taste a lot better if it was hot!!! I’m done with this location!!

You can hear it in her tone when she asks for your order & God forbid if you are ordering more than one item, she'll sigh, increase her shortness with you & rudely ask... "now anything else?". If you're that unhappy & unfriendly, maybe don't work in a high paced, BUSY environment. Don't take your grumpy & miserableness out on innocent people who are trying to have a good morning trying to simply place a coffee order. I'd say avoid this location in the early morning, unless absolutely necessary. I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day, but NOPE, she is this way EVERY single day. HORRIBLE. I see similar reviews regarding this same exact explanation... maybe management should take these concerns into consideration. I know she used to work at the Chichester Dunkins & no longer does... wonder why. I will say, later in the day, there is a super NICE guy that works, he says "young lady" or "young man" when talking to his customers & the coffee he makes is always perfect.

Also I’m over the older lady who works mornings there. “Yeaaaap what do you want.” If you are that miserable you should find another career opportunity. This location needs to turn it around, between the staff yelling and swearing at each other/food orders consistently wrong/miserable atmosphere I think at this point I just go for the show.

Because it’s the end of the day they even doubled our order for free 🙂. So we got enough sugar for the whole week 🍩🍩
