- DDDanAug 16, 20265.0I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews for this location. Our experience was completely the opposite! This was actually one of the cleanest Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. Everything looked well maintained, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and extremely polite, and the overall experience was excellent. Based on our visit, I have nothing negative to say. Would absolutely return without hesitation!

They were all wearing bathing suits, but they were fully covered. Despite that, only the two girls were refused service because of what they were wearing. This was discriminatory and sexist. The staff were extremely rude, denied service to only the girls, and told them to leave, while the boys were allowed to order and receive their food without any issue. This treatment was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
- JLJ LAug 12, 20262.03nd time now.. i ordered a burrito and i didnt get what i ordered. i ordered a steak burito with a little bit of rice.. i got a mountain of rice, two bites of steak, corn and chicken.. its almost insulting at this point. for all the money i spend here.. its sad because i love coming here and it’s usually good.. the automated messages from the app just tell me that no one cares to fix anything with customers

Ordering online I understand cutting portions, not that I agree but I understand. This was just a bad experience. Walked in to no line. Rice, beans queso and steak portions were barely half the normal. The steak was cold and it was just after noon on a weekday. Clean new store just beyond disappointed at the lack of service. Used rewards to get a free entree and ended up with the worst burrito I've had.
