  Arrived an hour before close. They were out of almost everything. In addition, the employee that served me was very rude. When trying to decide what to get with having very limited options, he responded with “we close in an hour, I don’t know what to tell you“. I finally decided on what to get, he rang me out, and immediately left behind their registered to go outside to talk with his girlfriend at her car. Terrible experience.

  I stopped by this location on 628/26 i was checking out at 7:30 p.m. The restaurant was on the slower side of customer volume there was no line when we arrived but there was a little bit of one once we were leaving. In general the whole restaurant was reasonably clean from my customer perspective and everything was on par with what I've seen in the past. So I bet you're wondering why I bothered to come in here today and leave a two-star review. The first gentleman handled my 13 year old son politely and they went through the line filling his bowl it was smooth and my son enjoyed his food that is why there's two stars. Because the other three stars would have been two for my food and one for Superior customer service both of these failed, flat on their face. I told the young man that I was allergic to onions and I had to be very careful with their service and that my salad bowl would be very minimal because there are limited items on the menu that do not already have onions mixed in with everything. I told him I wanted a salad bowl, he barely coated the bottom of my bowl with lettuce. I told him I wanted white rice he put the smallest scoop of white rice I have ever seen for a small child on my adult salad I had to ask him for an appropriate serving. I told him I wanted the pork, he looked at me with the deadpan stairs if he had no idea what I was talking about. I said Carnitas I would like Carnitas please. With an expression I can only describe as total apathy he scooped with the tongs the smallest amount of pork I have ever seen served at this restaurant. I said okay can I have more please. Oh you want double he said as if he was surprised that that pitiful small serving that would not even make my 3-year-old happy was not good enough for me. Again he barely put anything on my salad bowl and I had to ask a second time and he said oh you want three times. I thought to myself no I would like one adult size serving of meat on my salad that will consist of four items because every other item in this restaurant is incompatible with my dietary needs. I gave up with what looked like about half a serving of the appropriate amount of meat that I have received at this Chipotle and many many other Chipotles over the last many years. I had to explain to him again in the vegetable section that I was allergic to onions when I asked him if they had any plain tomatoes. It was not surprising that they did not have any plane tomatoes and that the only vegetables that they had we're poisoned with onions. I got cheese and sour cream I had to ask for more sour cream again because the teaspoon that he provided at first eventually became a tablespoon when I asked for more. He put about a half a cup of shredded cheese on top I did not bother reminding him that there was only four items in this bowl. The stain that this young man put on "date night" with my son prompted this review of a restaurant that I have visited dozens of times and have never bothered to leave a review. Previously the restaurant of exemplary service and appropriate portions for the dollars that they charged has now devolved into barely even child size servings while charging us double for toppings. If I wanted to spend $35 on miserably flat food service I would have gone to McDonald's. I'm now probably going to call the GM Micah and give him the lowdown also because it's not very likely that they pay attention to these public reviews. I honestly do not expect them to do anything about this, make any amends to myself or my son or retrain this employee to treat customers as if they're humans.

  App broke wanted I a huge burrito before work get there 3:45 paid for a burrito on the APP they say they don’t have the order I show them the app and my confirmed order so I ask for a refund they said no ,by the time they started making my burrito it was 3:53 and I had to get to work so I feel like I was forced to purchase this and I had to make last minute guesses of what was on my burrito and then the worker had the audacity (bless whoever’s soul) to put the fattest scoop of rice so when I got to enjoy my cold burrito 4 hours later tons of rice

  Girl at the register was rude to me and lied about my reward discount being applied to my order. I called the chipotle number after the transaction to ask for details because the employee threw my receipt in the trash without offering it to me. The chipotle customer service confirmed the reward wasn't applied. The few dollars difference is annoying but not a huge deal. I just don't understand the immediate attitude I received when I asked her about the price discrepancy, especially because I was right, lol. Hope your day gets better, girly.

  My friend and I have come here several times to order their carnitas tacos. They are excellent. I also tried the Carnitas burrito and that was delicious as well. I like that the tacos are offered as either soft shell or hard shell, because I prefer hard shallow and so does my friend. The only downside is the inside dining area is not an attractive area to sit. So we take our meals back home to eat.
