Last time I was in, my online order was given to another customer. The portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller and when I specify 'extra' of certain items on my burrito bowl, that seems to just be ignored recently.

My brown rice was WAY under done , to the point of not eating the burrito. $40 for a bowl, burrito (double steak), and two sodas. I love Chipotle but every time I go to this location the food just gets worse and worse.

Tastes great, but the burritos are typically 70% rice and beans, 20% meat of choice, and then dressings/ miscellaneous veggies of choice. Ideally that meat of choice ratio should be closer to 55%, otherwise the food is not satiating. You shouldn't be paying $12-$15 for a burrito and get a half a sprinkle of protein and then want to go buy another one after, because you only got 10 grams of protein.
