The gal at the drive through this morning repeated our order incorrectly twice, we corrected her twice, and when we finally got our drinks it was DRIP COFFEE with chocolate mixed in. We ordered two hot Mocha Lattes with almond milk. Not drip coffee. What?? To top it off, two employees were outside chain-smoking by the overflowing trash. Yeah, holidays are the worst because Dunkin is the only "coffee place" that's open when we're traveling. I must must not be "'merican" because I definitely do not run on Dunkin.

The last time was crazy My order was made incorrectly. I ordered a Triple Mocha Frozen Chiller on the app. It was missing the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. I asked and was told I didn't order whipped cream on it. I explained that's a standard drink from the menu and shouldn't have to request anything. I asked for another made correctly. I got a bad attitude while told again I ordered it wrong. What I didn't get was a corrected drink. Worse and inexcusable. A male staff member that intimidates senior citizens who ask questions about their incorrect mobil order. An order that had to be asked about after waiting 10 minutes for it and missing an item. That happened to my family member. Management needs to do better. Staff seem to very comfortable being rude 😕

Every day is a roll of the dice as to whether it’s going to be strong coffee, weak coffee, strange tasting coffee, or amazing coffee. You never know. Today I ordered two sausage croissants and two bacon croissants with no eggs. I don’t even know how one can get something so wrong.

Made my order, came to find out, very TRAGICALLY, all my money was on my DEAD phone. This beautiful, sweet, amazing, lovely soul named Pearl, the BEST worker of ALL TIME, pulled out her wallet with ZERO hesitation, and slammed the change I was short onto the counter. She proceeded to say, “I won’t make you re-order anything just over a dollar.” This was SO amazing to me, as I recently moved to Claremont and I had no idea there were such lovely people in this city. Thank you Pearl, if anyone sees her, tip her AMAZINGLY! -Sophie
