When they opened it was great clean and fresh Unfortunately I've noticed a decline and laziness I said I have a dairy allergy and the gentleman doing my burrito assured me it would be fine he then dragged my burrito through cheese and rolled it into my burrito. They dont wipe down the station food gets left everywhere They scrape dried rice off the bottom of the pain and give you way less when they are low and charge you the same. Ive gotten sick and learned my lesson. I hope they are able to clean up.

As if being charged an extra $1 for “cilantro lime sauce” isn’t petty enough, they wouldn’t let me order a quesadilla for my son without downloading the app and ordering it online. They wouldn’t just let me order it with the rest of our food. The app of course was acting faulty and wouldn’t send the verification code to my phone so I ended up just wasting 20 minutes trying to order a quesadilla while the rest of our food got cold. This company is a joke. Do better Chipotle.

The way they put the burrito together made it so you couldn't get a bit of everything in one bite, you'd bite down and get nothing but a mouth full of sour cream, or guacamole. It was shaped like a ball, and wasn't the best tasting either. Was definitely disappointed with my purchase considering how much they charged for their product. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon!
