  As Otto's has expanded it has definitely lost a lot of the atmosphere and charm. The service was great, the food was on point I'll likely return because I live closer to Bedford than Portland now. But the vibe is very modern strip mall

  Me and my wife sat at the bar and Josh was our bartender. Absolutely amazing!!! The atmosphere was great, food was great, but Josh was the best. Great personality, outstanding service, and had us laughing the whole time. Highly recommended, will definitely be back regularly. Josh deserves a raise!!

  From the general manager to the severs they are all happy and on it! The food is amazing but sitting in a dinner rush and seeing them all working together to make it all run smoothly is so awesome to see now a days!! Fallon the general manager is so nice and so helpful to all the employees which is so nice to see as well popping around helping in every way possible. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in great pizza rotating local beers and great service 😁

  I placed an order on DoorDash and accidentally received the wrong pizza, I called and they said would take care of it- no issue. They were so nice and helpful! DoorDash was giving them a hard time but they kept working on it, keeping me in the loop! I did get my refund and thank you so much to the management at Otto Bedford. I am so impressed with the customer service, I can’t wait to come try a pie in person!! Thank you again!

  I've had the butternut squash and ricotta pizza at the Otto in Exeter over a year ago and I still think about how unbelievably good it was. So I totally expected the one in Bedford would be the same. It was not and boy, IT WAS TERRIBLE. It couldn't have been more bland and tasteless if they tried. No seasoning at all in the ricotta nor the squash (plus a ridiculous amount of cranberries). Kind of felt like not much care went into it. We only ate half and didn't take the rest home. Will I try again? I don't know. Food wasn't good, it was tough to park, the restaurant was messy (very clean, just messy) and Fox "news" was on all the TVs (how about ESPN or something?).... maybe. Maybe not.
