- BHBrooke HerlickaMay 25, 20251.0I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru window (not talking about from ordering to getting to the window… sitting AT the window) for two coffees I got handed one immediately while the other one sat on the rack next to the drive thru for 10+ minutes because the employee working the window walked away and never came back. Finally another employee came over and when I told her I was still waiting for my other coffee she pulled it off the rack which irritated me because it had been there made the entire time and she copped an attitude with me because I had just wasted 10 minutes of my time waiting for a coffee that was already made. I understand being short handed but that doesn’t excuse being disorganized and snippy. Pull it together. Communicate with each other. Work as a team. I will not be back.
