  Food is great but unfortunately i’ve been stuck waiting over 20 minutes after my pickup time for takeout because they accept a huge takeout order (20 bowls for one order) right at lunch time. This has happened on numerous occasions and has made my experience here incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

  If you like vinegar dressings this is the place. The space is bright and sunny but the music is too loud. My husband and I both got the salmon. It was old and overcooked. My taste buds were completely overwhelmed with all the strong, conflicting flavors. I think the idea is to be different, but it also has to be good. Not super impressed. Not likely to return.

  I’ve always been wanting to try this place out as I see them popping up everywhere in Massachusetts and southern NH. Finally one for Bedford and Manchester area. We have been here a few times and every time has been phenomenal. I think experienced here are about timing as well as I see some people disappointed in wait time. Given the millions of options here, I can see how a longer line might take some more time given the vast options they had. For me, we have never had an issue with wait and the staff are very patient with our orders. Compared to other bowl style restaurants, this place tops the value for the dollar (albeit still expensive). The ingredients tasted great and of better quality. The portions are phenomenal as well and I can often get 2 meals out of here. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the tables inside. Eating in can pose complications as none of the tables when we were looking to sit were really wiped down. Other than that, I recommend this place for a nice quick lunch that can be a dinner too given the size you get. I look forward to my return again.

  Food was delicious and the store itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience for me. I waited about 15 minutes just for my order to be taken, and there weren’t even any customers in front of me. The food itself was great, but I honestly won’t be coming back until the service is fixed.

  I was excited when they opened. I have eaten at the one in Nashua a considerable amount of times. However, not sure who is in charge in Bedford, but this place is always misfiring and today I walked out. There were 6-8 people working and they are set up with 2 prep stations, one for take out and one for walk in. I order a falafel crunch bowl, which comes with lentils. I order it specifically because it comes with lentils. But once again, like previous experiences with the Bedford shop, they were out of something. Lentils. At first the gal gathered her serving spoon and scooped into a dry crusty pan. She said they were out of lentils. Simple solution. I asked for an extra falafel in replacement of the missing lentil since the garbanzo bean is the closest thing to the lentil on the line. This confused the poor worker who had to ask a manager, who then went in to some dissertation of why they can’t do that. So I said fine, I don’t want the bowl, cancel my order. Instead of just appeasing a simple request and making a raving fan, I said enough! Bedford, get your act together! Seriously! I’m going to Pressed Cafe now.
