  They completely messed up our takeout order. We ordered bbq pita chips, which they were happy to charge us for but couldn't be bothered putting in the bag. Don’t get me started on the complete mess that is their parking lot. Will never, ever in a milllion years go back to this hell-hole.

  I went for takeout. This place is just a Chipotle knockoff. There's absolutely nothing special about the experience. The choices are an illusion. If you want to experience an amazing restaurant, I can suggest you travel to Ohio and have a 3-way and cheese coney at the Clifton Skyline Chili in Cincinnati. Once you do this, you'll agree that Cava is as ho-hum as are many chain food stops that look fancy but offer so-so food. Sorry, Cava, but I'd never come back

  rice was undercooked and crunchy, honey chicken was fire tho. it was my first time there, and the people were chill and funny. i will say, it was SUPER awkward. if you’re scrolling through reviews thinking about driving here. trust me, just go to chipotle.

  Food is expensive. Basically had a glorified gyro for the steak and feta. The steak was chewy like eating erasers. The Tzatziki sauce was not very good. Just not really thrilled.

  Honestly disappointed lately, they started off great but whoever did my take out this time gave me like half potions of everything. The bowl is usually so full and comes with a ton of food and I ordered the exact same thing this time and it’s literally barely filling the bowl. No silverware, nothing taped up for safety when delivered, pretty disappointed
