Thirdly, when a customer attempts to simply read back their order so you get it correct, don't interrupt and then dismiss them. Because you DIDN'T fulfill the order correctly and it could have been avoided if you had listened to me. YOU called ME about this order. Remember that. Go back to training or get out of this industry. Food service is not in your future.

The whole experience was easy and predictable as it should be for online ordering for takeout. I can’t tell you how many times I order from places and the easiest orders end up so messed up when you just want to take dinner home for your family. Especially when it’s 8:30pm.

Bedford Carrabba's restaurant was the first one I went to in years and brought back memories of me and my family eating together from tyngsboro ma Carrabba's Bedford's gave me an experience that made me want to cry and hug our waiter Michael I highly recommend this Italian restaurant where tears of joy and good food and service is made. Michael was a fantastic waiter the service was fantastic thanks for having me and my boyfriend there we will be back for sure. Thank you so much Michael for your service to us. GREAT FOR FAMILY'S AND FRIENDS! FANTASTIC LUNCH. THANKS AGAIN.
