  In the drive thru linethey take forever. They don't acknowledge you at the speaker. After 4 minutes of silence "what's your order" Very very rude no matter how kind you are. The people here are terrible!

  Terribly slow. It’s not usually a question of money or what I want to eat…. It’s ALWAYS do I have an extra half our to waste sitting in their drive thru…… I don’t get it. It’s Tacos and Chicken. It shouldn’t be so painful that it motivates me to finally leave a negative review after biting my tongue for the past year I’ve been working in that area….. Update- 5 days later. Still want Taco Bell. Still absurdly slow. 2nd time this week I order food and just sit in the drive thru for an extended period of time then just leave without my food. It’s sad that it’s quicker to leave. Go to Wendy’s across the street. Order my food. They make my food and the person that was in front of me at Taco Bell still didn’t move an inch……

  My crispy chicken cantina tasted like CHEMICALS and I know for a fact the employee cleaned the stove directly before cooking my food because he ADMITTED that they needed to “turn the burner back on” and they were cleaning. Absolutely insane my mouth is on fire and I am nauseous. Disgusting this place is a pit.

  I don’t normally eat at this chain, however the kids often want to stop. In the past 10 years we’ve tried it out a handful of times, and two of those visits further prove why we’re this establishment isn’t on our radar. This time we ordered two items, one item without cheese and the 2nd item we ordered as the tripped double crunch wrap supreme. Both items were made wrong, the item had cheese and the 2nd was a regular crunch wrap. When we let them know they gave us the wrong thing they said my colleague made it right. I said no there’s one layer and then she said I see two I said if you look it’s just one layer broken. Then they remade it and somehow it suddenly now had a 2nd crunchy tortilla but there was no meat layer and was thinner than the first regular crunch wrap. I recall the previous time we visited we ordered famous bowls and they were barely half full.
