  I placed a pickup order here and received a call saying they were out of the pasta I originally ordered, so I had to choose a different item. I checked the menu online and saw that the wings were included in the same deal for the same price, so I chose those instead. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told I had to pay extra because they couldn’t substitute the wings for the pasta as part of the deal. I wouldn’t have ordered the wings in the first place if they had the pasta I originally selected. Since the substitution was only necessary because they were out of the item I ordered, I don’t think it was fair to charge me extra—especially when the wings were listed at the same price online. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

  A bit run down. Parking lot slightly treacherous. But pizza and employees are incredible as one expects at any pizza hut!

  Two large pizzas bone in wings and cheese bread to over 40 minutes when theu said in would be 25 minutes . I also ordered a medium supreme on the phone and when I got there they said I never ordered this pizza. I like to think they could do better, but it wasn't like the were trying. It will be quite a while before I return. I doubt they will miss my business

  We decided to dine in at Pizza Hut, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. While eating our pizza, we found a strand of hair baked into it. We immediately notified our server, who said he would see what he could do and offered to have another pizza made. Since we had already lost our appetite, we declined. When it came time to pay, we were told the manager would only offer a 15% discount. What was most disappointing was that the interaction made us feel as though we were the ones causing the problem rather than the restaurant taking responsibility for a food quality issue. Finding hair in food is a serious sanitation concern, and restaurants should have food safety practices in place—including proper hair restraints for employees involved in food preparation, as required by health and food safety standards. A more appropriate response would have been a sincere apology and a resolution that reflected the seriousness of the issue. I hope Pizza Hut reviews its food handling practices and customer service expectations so future guests don’t have a similar experience.

  Service is absolutely trash, I ordered 4 orders of wings and received no ranch, told me I have to pay for it okay fine whatever. They sent me a confirmation that my order was ready and I get there and they didn’t even start making my order, then proceeded to hand over dry wings with no sauce on the wings. I showed the manager so he could fix it and he pretty much told me no and didn’t care at all. Rude management, just avoid this place all together.
