  The drive thru was down. They want you to honk to get service. They can't hear you so you end up just sitting there. Last time we were there they didn't have chili for chili dogs or lemonade. What's the point of being open if you can't actually serve anyone??

  My experience at Sonic was a bit mixed. The food tasted like it had been cooked in old grease, so it really wasn’t to my liking. The drive-thru also took quite a while, which was frustrating considering they didn’t appear to be very busy at the time. On the positive side, the drinks were great! I’d definitely come back for the drinks, but I hope the food quality and service improve.

  Never got to order was at drive thru for 20 min waiting to get order taken so finally just drove around to car hop part was told that they were only taking orders through the drive thru. Told them we had been sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Went back to drive thru waited for 9 more minutes to be told to pull up to the windows to order. Pulled up to the windows to them be told to hold on even longer will never be going back there.

  I believe they are short staff because it takes a very long time for anyone to come to the loudspeaker in the drive through. And sometimes there's a long wait for food. But the staff has always been friendly and everything i've ever gotten has always tasted good. And if there's been a mistake, they've corrected it immediately.
