I love dairy queen, just not this one. Service in the drive through was fine. Texas toast was either under-buttered or not at all. The fries were unsalted. My sauced and tossed chicken strips only had sauce on half of them. And the sprite wasn't sprite, it was just the water and the carbonate. Definitely won't be back to this specific dairy queen.

Drove through and received our blizzads like they were made a half hour ago. Was hoping she would turn it upside down,so it would make a mess on the counter, instead of my car😡. Do yourself a favor and visit a different one.

NUT ALLERGY WARNING. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. I ordered a blizzard from this Dairy Queen on May 23, 2026, and explicitly specified that I have a tree nut allergy. The person taking my order said they would clean the bowl. (I have ordered from other Dairy Queens and had the bowl cleaned with no issue.) Three bites into my blizzard while driving home, I bit into a nut and had to spit it out the window. My boyfriend went through and found a pinky-nail-sized chunk of a nut in the ice cream. My tree nut allergy is life threatening, and I’m very glad that this was a peanut, which I am less allergic to. I still had to take medication immediately. While I understand that no establishment like this can guarantee no cross contamination, multiple entire chunks of nuts in an order that was flagged for an allergy is unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. There is a difference between accidental cross contamination and straight up carelessness. I tried to call the store immediately, twice, and no one picked up. I was not able to leave a message.

My family and I stopped at this DQ hoping to enjoy some good ice cream, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Out of the three items we ordered, only one was made partly correctly. I ordered a large twist cone, but when it came out the ice cream was extremely soft and melted, almost like it had been sitting out for a while. One of the two Blizzards was missing the whipped cream topping, although the consistency itself was okay. The second Blizzard came out with a lid already on it, which seemed unusual. When we opened it, the ice cream was almost completely liquid. We attempted to go inside to politely ask for a remake, but the lobby doors had already been locked even though it was still an hour before the posted closing time (9:00pm as stated on the door). We knocked several times and were ignored (we were able to see them through the doors!). Eventually, one of us walked up to the drive-thru window to ask about it. After handing back the newly made blizzard and once the person walked away from the window, I watched the employee, a girl with dark curly hair and black glasses, turn around and mock us to her coworkers instead of handling the situation professionally. As if we were wrong! Overall, the customer service and food quality were very disappointing, and this experience left a really poor impression on us.

Came through the drive through at 11:40am. Mind you it says they open at 10:30am, they proceeded to tell me that they will not be taking any orders until noon.
