- MFMarcus FinchOct 4, 20263.0The app ALWAYS says they will have the food ready in 15 minutes. They NEVER have it ready in 15 minutes. Even now, sitting here waiting on a pizza that should be ready but isn't even in the oven yet. App still says I can place an order and it will be ready in 15 minutes, but there are several people sitting inside waiting on their order. The drive thru window would be great, but given that orders aren't on time it causes a line to form as if an order isn't ready that person just clogs up the line (staff doesn't ask you to move even if it's like another 10 min). The food is great, staff is friendly, but the timing is poor. I'm uncertain if this is an app problem or a location problem, but I have had this problem thrice now. I will be hard pressed to return until it's resolved.

Everyone was raving about how good it all was. The crusts were browned nicely and buttered perfectly. Please let your crew know that they did a great job! Thanks

This results in astronomical wait times - well beyond what is provided in the order confirmation - often times delayed by over an hour. They allow people to sit and wait at the drive up window even when there is a line of cars waiting. This often results in cold and soggy pizza. This location always seems to have “order system crashes” - literally every time we order the system has crashed and the order either can’t be found or is delayed by hours. It really is a joke. Do not waste your time with this place. Go to Dominos south of them on 96 or any other pizza location. Seriously you could probably make it a Des Moines location and back before this one has your order ready.
