  Employees were very kind and thoughtful and kept me informed of when my order was going to be ready. Definitely will be go back again. Pizza was spot on and kids loved the dessert cookie.

  Ordered online at 6pm...suppose to be ready 6:20...it is not 7:15 and no pizza yet....this place need more help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I would have left zero stars if I could. I placed my pizza order at 9:58 PM, and the DoorDash delivery driver arrived at 10:13 PM, but the pizza was not ready. The driver waited, and then at 10:35 PM, I received a notification that Pizza Hut cancelled my order. That is horrible customer service. At the very least, someone could have called or notified me directly that the order would not be fulfilled. If your location does not want to make orders after 10:00 PM, then your website should not allow customers to place orders after that time. Your website says the store closes at 10:30 PM, which should have been enough time to make the pizza, especially since the order was placed before closing. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time for both me and the delivery driver. Now I understand why people choose Godfather’s Pizza over Pizza Hut.

  So it appears that if you put in a complaint about an employee they take it upon themselves to look you up take pictures of you and post bad stuff about you thank you Ron and Jared for showing what the company has been reduced to

  Very rude experience dealing with the GM Ron I had called to just see if my order had gone through cuz on our side it said it didn't but then we got email saying it went through four different times on the bank side so just trying to call the store to figure out what was going on and also make sure that they didn't get four different orders and make them all by mistake Ron was very rude try to rush me off the phone as quick as possible because of the fact that they're dealing with school lunch if that's such a burden on them they shouldn't even be doing it when I simply try to ask questions he would cut me off not let me finish what I was trying to ask and then when I asked for corporates number he just said he didn't have that and I simply told him where it is located and then the number he gave me the person decided it's appropriate to text instead of answering a phone call I don't think that is very professional Pizza Hut has really gone down hill over the last 2 years
