- JJJohnJun 9, 20261.0Absolutely trash. I ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of breadsticks for carry out. I showed up just as it was supposed to be ready. I paid, then I sat there for 30 more minutes. NO pizza. I was asked repeatedly throughout that time what name my order was under, by the same staff member. I eventually asked for a refund and left. Britney apparently is the one that can issue my refund, but of course, she wasn’t there. I will never order from here again. Of note, the lobby was absolutely filthy.

- LOLyndon OrangeMay 7, 20261.0I would have left zero stars if I could. I placed my pizza order at 9:58 PM, and the DoorDash delivery driver arrived at 10:13 PM, but the pizza was not ready. The driver waited, and then at 10:35 PM, I received a notification that Pizza Hut cancelled my order. That is horrible customer service. At the very least, someone could have called or notified me directly that the order would not be fulfilled. If your location does not want to make orders after 10:00 PM, then your website should not allow customers to place orders after that time. Your website says the store closes at 10:30 PM, which should have been enough time to make the pizza, especially since the order was placed before closing. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time for both me and the delivery driver. Now I understand why people choose Godfather’s Pizza over Pizza Hut.
