I've placed 3 online orders in the last 2 months and I've had several bagels missing from one order (of JUST the Tuesday bagel deal, so they clearly miscounted and completely forgot several of the bagels I specifically picked out for coworkers - August update....just gave them a 4th chance and they STILL missed multiple bagels in the order of the Tuesday bagel deal but now we know better than to leave without counting all 26 bagels in front of them) and the latest order had entire ingredients missing. The fuji apple chicken salad had no fuji apples....the sesame Asian salad had 6 sesame seeds we could see. The italiano had no pepperoncini. I checked the bag before leaving since I was missing items last time, but I didn't think to open every container and sandwich and ensure the ingredients are actually there. If the store is out of ingredients, nobody said anything even though we were waiting in the lobby for the order to take home.

No service or atmosphere will not be the same as precovid but these guys have been friendly and they deserve more Than 1 star reviews. It is a fast food kiosk and most Paneras have gone to that. Why are we punishing 1 location for how corporate mapped this location out to operate? That is like going to a new McDonald’s and rating it one star because it is not like Red Robin down the street.
