- AOAdam OdleApr 16, 20262.0They are new so I’ve tried to reserve judgment until they’ve had a few months to get their legs under them, but unfortunately I think this is just what this location is going to be. Poor service, wrong items, wrong customizations, running out of items without timely marking them, long waits, and staff who do not seemed trained properly. I’ve been there 10-15 times and still has not improved.

I see some people aren’t happy, maybe due to a lack of training so far. Congratulations to our town and Panera Bread. I hope they have great success here and serve delicious food.

If you're a regular customer you can use the kiosk to order which is convenient if you order the same thing. Otherwise if you're not comfortable with the kiosk, you can order in person. You can also order through the drive-thru or from the app.
