I dislike complaining, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location’s drive thru, it’s not only freaky slow, they never provide what I order. Very frustrating. Today was my last time going to this location, which is a shame because this location is very convenient.

I came to the drive through today because I was craving Jimmy John’s! Who doesn’t love a good Jimmy John’s sandwich. I ordered $45 worth of food and got to the window. My sister texted me and said she wanted extra bread. I said, cool. I got you. I asked the wonderful lady at the window if I could buy some bread and she said, “oh, I don’t know. We don’t have any day old bread.” I told her I’d pay full price, even if she had to charge me for a sandwich, I just wanted extra bread. She comes back and tells me, “Sorry, my manager said the bread they had was supposed to get us through today.” Well, I think you can bake more?
I’m sorry but turning down a sale probably isn’t in Jimmy John’s handbook for managers. And I’m probably not the first person who has experienced this. Just wanted to put this out there for the higher ups.

Food takes forever and that’s if I even get it, twice now I’ve ordered delivery and I haven’t received it whatsoever. Lame as hell.

Long wait in the drive thru (about 3-5 minutes) for a company that advertises speedy service. Super disappointed. The food was, as always, great. The crew also got my order right, so that was also a plus.

The condiments were so small and I asked for extra, it wasn't included on my sandwich! I went thru the drive thru.
