Maybe a better system needs to be put in place, but it just seems that this specific location never meets minimum standards. I always find myself waiting in the Drive-Thru for copious amounts of time for just one sandwich even when I place an order online and I arrive after the posted time it should be ready it seems like my order is never ready. Never get my food "freaky fast" not even slow. As I sit in the drive through for 15 min after ordering online 30 min ago. Trying to provide constructive feedback rather than bashing. It seems like the right thing to do. (I should include that it does not seem like the best thing to indicate to a customer in the drive through that it's going to take a LONG while for their food when you're advertising campaign promises speed)
