The guys working today were just soooo kind helpful and loved what they was doing!
- MUMike UJul 20, 20261.0My wife and I purchased on 5/24/2026 2 burgers and 2 fries for pick-up, costing an arm and a leg. That’s it. Five Guys forgot 1 fry; how someone literally can’t put 2 and 2 together says enough. Luckily for them, their location would have closed before I could waste gas that would cost the amount of the fries themself to get what I paid for. This is not the first time this has occurred, even before new management. I even called the Five Guys about this immediately after my wife got home; their response “Oh come tomorrow and we will give you a fry”. Sure, I will take a trip over while dealing with a newborn child, because the reason why we did pick-up is literally for that reason. Thank you for the “stress-free dinner for 2 new parents”. Don’t you worry, it’s a story I will never forget. I have been screwed around all too much, and I will NEVER go here EVER again, and I hope everyone who has had issues begin to vote with their dollar and do the same.
