I was also given the completely wrong order for the mobile pick up and it was cold. I was already home so I tried to call multiple times and the AI bot that I was directed to was not helpful and would not let me talk to an actual person to resolve the problem. It’s too expensive to not enjoy your meal or not know what experience you’re going to get.

The veggies looked like they had been sitting out for hours, very dry looking. The food wasnt bad but they only had honey chicken ready. There were like 6 pieces of very dried out looking steak. The young lady behind the counter was very nice but seemed stressed. Maybe if her co-workers weren't just standing around, they could have helped her. There was no food on the grill being cooked either, even though they had no meats ready, very little of the topping were available. Overall, pretty disappointed in this location.
