So, you have to wait until they're done serving all the in-store customers before they even acknowledge you're there to pick up a mobile order. Literally, in-store customers who came in AFTER me got their food before I was acknowledged. Food's great though. Atmosphere is too loud for my taste that's why I order for pickup.

And for what we got (2 burrito bowls. 2 drinks and chips) it was was a bit expensive ($32); but hey. what ya going to do? Everything is expensive these days.

I was also given the completely wrong order for the mobile pick up and it was cold. I was already home so I tried to call multiple times and the AI bot that I was directed to was not helpful and would not let me talk to an actual person to resolve the problem. It’s too expensive to not enjoy your meal or not know what experience you’re going to get.
