  Absolutely disgusting experience with Wingstop. I ordered delivery through their app because I’m extremely sick and physically could not go pick up food myself. The delivery driver clearly ate part of my order before bringing it. Missing food, tampered bags, and the entire thing was revolting. What made it even worse was the response from the store manager. Instead of taking accountability, I got attitude and was treated like I was trying to scam them. Their “solution” was offering a replacement ONLY if I came to pick it up myself completely defeating the entire reason I paid extra for delivery while sick. Then they bounced me back and forth between the store and DoorDash with nobody willing to actually help. So I paid inflated delivery prices, got food someone had clearly been digging through, and then got treated like a criminal for reporting it. Beyond unprofessional and honestly one of the grossest food experiences I’ve ever had. If you order delivery from here, apparently you’re just gambling on whether your driver decides to help themselves to your meal first.

  This place is a joke! We ordered food online from their website to be delivered. Half of the order is missing. They blame it on us because whoever they have delivering their food supposedly didn’t bring everything. Oh no, that’s not what happened. We were supposed to get two bags of food, but Wing Stop only sent one bag with the delivery driver. They seriously have one job and it’s to make sure their customers orders are completed! Called to complain & got the rudest woman ever that couldn’t care less that they messed up! Requested to speak to a manager, who said he’s the “general manager”, he again put it on us that we ordered from their website. Seriously Dude? It was your workers fault not the delivery driver’s fault! There are hundreds of restaurants in Omaha. Don’t waste your time with this one!

  I had gotten wingstop a few weeks ago and my order was absolutely disappointing. My corn was burnt and chewy, my voodoo fries had the wrong seasoning and barely and sauce on them, but they were nice about giving me a refund. I decided to order delivery from them last night and I was yet again disappointed, I didn’t get my drink, my chicken sandwich was plain even though I had ordered an original hot chicken sandwich and the bread was so hard I genuinely couldn’t eat it. I tried calling them to get this sorted out but no answer, I literally sat on hold for 30 minutes and even called 5 different times. This is my local wingstop and I’ve been coming for years they used to be good but now it seems like they don’t care anymore. Only reason I don’t rate it a one is because the staff were friendly and understanding.

  Ordered 15 of one type and 5 of another but got the reverse. Probably a simple mistake, it happens. Plenty of sauce on both flavors.
