  They need to figure out their staffing issue. 2 people working on a weekend at 6pm is INSANE. Will not be returning to this location be any means. This is not the first time I’ve waited 30+ minutes over the original time is was supposed to be done.

  Walked in to order with my daughter. First noticed how dirty the floor was in the kitchen prep area.Chunks of food everywhere. Long line of people waiting for carry out. We wanted to order. Worker came up to and said in a rude tone, "It would be better for you to order online." I asked how long the wait would be and that I'd like to order from her. She said 30-40 minutes. No smile. No questions. No desire to actually make our experience a good one, even if the wait was true. Walked straight out and to Chick-fil-a. In and out of there in 8 minutes with all our food. I doubt I will ever give this place a chance. Treat everyone like a first-time customer and you could earn their business for life.

  Food took nearly an hour to be done, and came out burnt. Food handlers weren't wearing gloves and were scratching their hair. Orders were overflowing on the done rack and no one was getting them to customers. Manager on shift seemed annoyed whenever anyone asked about their order status. The phone was ringing, and the manager loudly hung the phone up, instead of helping the customer. Manager on shift seemed under the influence, no direction, no communication, just slow, passive aggressive "customer service." People were actively walking out because no one was taking orders. Definitely telling everyone I know to avoid this place, and was sure to tell people on the way out to go somewhere else. What a joke.

  Terrible service. waited 30 minutes for my food while employees are standing around scratching their heads ungloved. the “management” was clearly high and very rude, sighing every time anyone asked about the status of their food. the lobby was flooded with people waiting for orders that they would just let get cold on a shelf instead of trying to give people their food. if you are the owner of this establishment you should be very disappointed with your staff, as i am very disappointed with my service.

  Waiting over two hours for an order is unacceptable. There’s no reason y’all should take 100+ orders knowing what that’s gonna lead to: angry people wanting their food next time. Y’all should shut down and catch up. It’s never that serious to stay open and have angry, hungry people yelling for their orders.
