  I would give it a zero if I could whoever worker that was working the front at 7:34 was hella rude to every customer having a attitude cause we wanted to place an order and not pick up

  I ordered my food at 6:30 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:05 PM. After waiting an hour and 35 minutes, I was missing a chicken sandwich and a fry. At that point, I didn’t feel like going back inside and waiting another hour just to get the rest of my order. I would like to request a refund for the items I paid for but never received. What made the experience even worse was seeing a woman come in because her order was made incorrectly. She was very polite about it, but instead of simply fixing the problem, the manager started arguing with her. I understand that mistakes happen, but the wait time, missing food, and the way customers were being treated were completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

  Updated review... Manager is definitely the problem.... husband went back to try to get the rest of our order, called ahead and the girl that answered said hold on i have to ask my manager and left him on hold for over 10 mins. He arrived before she picked back up, when he went in he told her who he was and was told again i still havent asked my manager, hes outside. Meanwhile during all this the rest of our over $60 in food is at home getting cold. He went out and asked the man was he the manager and when he said yes he told him what happened and that we just wanted the rest of our order we paid for which was just 10 boneless louisiana rub wings. Manager said we will get that taken care of and made them personally himself...this man gave my husband 10 PLAIN BONE IN WINGS with a quarter inch of grease in the bottom! Added photo for proof and i will be contacting corporate with all the receipts for a complaint. With the struggle out here this is just ridiculous way to do all of your customers.... Out of 4 times we have ordered here there is always 10 wings missing, always the louisiana rub ones and after reading the reviews I'm wondering if the emplyees are intentionally doing this for some reason, i was already suspicious after 4 times, same amount. The wait is always long(way longer than the online order tracker states its ready) by at least 20 minutes... food is always cold and soggy too so i suspect that its just sitting there for a while because we've been to many other way busier wing stops and never had that happen. Then when we drove all the way back to have the order fixed this last time they gave us bone in instead of boneless we ordered.... i see why they don't answer the phone cause they dont want to deal with the mass amounts wronged or upset customers.

  This is my favorite local wingstop. The service is great & my food is always made fresh. Janiya is always so friendly & helpful. Tonight I placed an online order prematurely so I called to see if I could have them make it later. Cortez first asked if there was an error in the order. When I said no & that it was only because my ETA was longer than expected. He immediately notified staff of this change & when I arrived the order was still cooking. Will always return to this location!!

  I ordered our dinner online, the app said 25 minutes ..so i got there in 25 minutes (10:18 pm) they said we are working on the order...I didn't have my order ready for me untill 10:55, Open the food when I git home, fries were good, both were ordered seasoned, only 1 was, the lemon pepper was soo greasy and wet it was gross, the garlic parm same way covered in some drippy goo. Needless to say my daughter ate some of hers, me and the wife did not. Horrible experience, will not go back
