  My kids always have to stop to get a cookie when we are at Westroads. The Cookie Company always has friendly staff and delicious treats. Highly recommend.

  Hands down, the best cookies! Locally owned and operated and the family is always super friendly. I highly recommend The Cookie Company!!! I honestly can't say which cookie is my favorite, but I'm a sucker for chocolate chip, a monster cookie, or snickerdoodle. Enjoy!!!

  Dave and Ronnie Fell have done an amazing job carrying in and improving on the tradition of The Cookie Company in Omaha. There isn't another place in town that I go for my Snickerdoodles.

  The cookie company is my favorite place to get cookies. The prices are amazing, especially for the quality of cookie you are getting. The cookies not only taste good, but they also all look amazing. The Halloween decorated cookies are the cutest in my opinion. Another amazing food to get from here is the popcorn. The cookie company’s popcorn tastes just like movie theater popcorn. I make sure to get it almost every time I go. The service is amazing, and the workers do an excellent job on serving you as fast as possible, while continuing to be friendly. If you ever have an event that could use some cookies or you’re just hungry for some sweets, be sure to stop by the cookie company for some tasty treats!!

  I was next in line, but after finishing the previous order, the employee ignored me and went to help someone else. Another customer had to point me out. When I asked about muffins listed on the menu, she abruptly said they don’t sell them and rolled her eyes. I ordered a cinnamon roll, and she walked away without responding. Another employee helped briefly, but the first almost gave my order to someone else. Overall, the interaction felt very disrespectful, and no one was wearing a name tag. Also if something isn’t available it shouldn’t be on the menu.
