  Every time I order door dash from this taco they ALWAYS forget multiple items and they argue with the door dasher for wanting to confirm all items are there. Their customer service is HORRIBLE

  Lilly was awesome in the drive-thru I love how she communicated with me tell me sorry and it would be 1 minute a lot of times I come through a drive-through and nobody speaks My food was amazing this is my favorite Taco Bell in Omaha but tonight Lily rocked

  4/14/26 The night crew don't like to make fresh food and the line be long and long waits. I'll take my business to another location. They too worried about their drive thru time at night, they need to worry about serving quality food. I'm over it!!!!
