  1 star. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was specifically asked which sauces I wanted, making it seem like the employees were actually paying attention to the order, only for me to get home and realize not a single sauce packet was included in the bag. Yes, it may sound ridiculous to leave a review over sauce, but if I’m spending my money here and y’all are asking customers what they want, the least you can do is make sure the order is correct. And clearly I got enough time today to leave a review about it. For Taco Bell, sauce is not some optional luxury — it is literally part of the meal. The entire experience was ruined because of pure carelessness and lack of attention to detail. Considering this is on the west side of town, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Instead, the staff couldn’t even handle the most basic responsibility of double-checking a bag before handing it out. Management seriously needs to improve quality control because this level of incompetence over something so simple is embarrassing.

  Messed our whole order. Literally gave me an empty shell when I asked for double beef… It sure would help if someone in there actually spoke English! Waste of money and time. Didn’t even give us a recipe. Thanks….i want a refund and now I’m hungry. I guess chips are for dinner…no protein or nutrients at all.

  Every time I come to this location they are so rude. They also always make the hash browns as hard as possible. I’d rather go out of my way to go to a different, friendlier location.
