  No chocolate ice cream The bin was empty, no vanilla ice cream. Employee of course doesn't know when the ice cream will come in. When you ask for a sample of an ice cream they say "we don't have spoons"... If you ask to use a spoon from the area where they give you spoons forks and knives, then she says "we don't just samples here"... My mom is in the ICU, was really looking forward to having ice cream today and this is nice treat for someone suffering and going through so much pain. I know it's not the end of the world but the attitude of the employee and the way they handled it just made it worse. I wish places like this would be dependent on customer service to survive as opposed to just being in the right place at the right time in a hospital where people have no other option. It's really unfortunate when businesses survive off of necessity of the people and they could care less about the customer. Especially in a place where good attitude And a pleasant experience can make such a difference when someone is suffering so much.

  While my husband was here at Immanuel this was quick and fast. However the lady was absolutely rude. I had coupons that family had giving me to just help out. I asked simply for scissor to cut out "one" of the coupon to give the women. She snapped at me and said no just one. She watched me tear the coupon and I was having trouble scanning it. She continued to be rude and say right their. I finally got frustrated enough that I didn't care and paid full price for my food. I will not be returning and this needs to be addressed. Families need comfort and understanding in times of being here (* Not Rude Individuals*)!! July, 27th 2:00pm. Will be contacting a corporate number in regards to this experience!!

  I don’t know why the girl working here on 2/18 was packed up at 9.30pm and had she had such an attitude .I asked why she was packing up and it wasn’t even 10pm and she gave me a mean look and an attitude and said she’s closed .Like I was having a busy night as a nurse and was hopeful for some food since I hadn’t packed tonight only to be met with a stinking attitude .Do better especially since you work with patients too.

  We ordered several sandwiches in the app here for dinner and out of 10 sandwiches they messed up 7. I saw the lady making my sandwich and it had my name on my receipt and I let her know she put the wrong meat on it and instead of fixing it she just stared at me and then looked down and finished making my sandwich wrong and wouldn't fix it. She also put less meat on it then they were supposed to. I love eating at subway but this subway was not good at all.
