  I didn’t like the way they serve the two young boys one of them doesn’t care how customer feel. He was robbing the sandwich like a trash bag. Everything was in the bag. so please think about it. Customer service number one and clean your hand wear glass please that my experience was when I came at 8:30 night. They were really rushing me.

  When going into pick up my order I saw smaller orders and asked the employee if they had an order for me and they said all orders are there are the rack. I looked and as I saw there was a smaller order with only three sandwiches in the bag. I asked if they had my other sandwich still being worked on and they couldn’t answer me. It was very upsetting seeing someone not able to help the customer. They asks if they could open my sandwiches to see what one was missing. If they did that they I would have had to wait for them to remake all my food again. Per health codes. I’m not sure if the staff understands that. Also one of my other sandwich’s was given the completely wrong toppings and when confronted with that information they pushed back on me again saying that it is correct. I was done asking for my food to be correct since I drove 15 mins to go to that location due to experience at another location that is closer to my home. Please train your staff on better customer service/care of food and food safety handling.

  You tip them to do your order the way you ask and they don’t do it. Cause it’s really hard to wrap a foot long as two 6 inch subs. Pure lazy!

  This is my second time to this location. I got the Baja chicken protein pack. I asked if I could add one vegetable topping if I paid for it. Tall dude with dreads said no. I was like it’s a good sandwich but I really wanted to add onions. Even if it’s on the side. He just kept saying he couldn’t do that. Wasn’t friendly or exhibiting good customer service. Also when he turned around the hem of his shirt touched my tortilla. Kinda gross to be honest. My rating would have been a lot lower had the other person not give me a small side of the topping I asked for. I would have paid 50-75cents for it. For like four pieces of onion. Yall could do a lot better or at least be friendlier. I won’t be back. Also his long shoulder length dreads weren’t tied back which is a health code violation. The other person had her hair tied back.
