  You can see on the monitor as the worker types in your order. I corrected them three times. When I received it, it was still wrong! The girl taking my order just plain wasn't listening.

  Ordered a cherry limeade and told them it needed to be remade, because it tasted horrible. The soda machine must have been out of flavoring. This is the 3rd time it happened and when I went there I waited 20mins for a remake and a guy came out confused asking about a different order and instead of apologizing he made a mean face and walked to the car behind me. They have no respect for their customers service here and should be shutdown.

  Sonics use to be good but lately the Food is slacking maybe because of the push towards artificial ingredients or just nobody really cares anymore the fries warm and hard the burger had this dollar store hamburger taste to much of that mystery sauce on it to mask the taste of the artificial beef I really don't know whats going on

  Sat in the drive through for 20 min. No one would answer the kiosk. Ice cream was not only made 2/3rds full but melted and wrong. Their version of remade was adding more soft serve and skipping what was paid extra. At that point, I didn't argue. Corporate should visit this place and really train them. Not just product but service. Not operated like the others. Go to DQ in Elkhorn or Sonic on Maple. Two blasts for $15 made wrong was criminal. Wish they could rank a 0
