  I placed an order for 3 drinks at 9:15 the app said it would be ready at 9:21. I get there at 9:24. Everyone else is getting their stuff so I call to ask about it. They say it will be out as soon as they are made. People who came after me got their stuff before me. They do not bring the drinks to my car until 9:54. No free upgrade on size nothing for having to wait 30 mins for 3 drinks. Then one drink wasn’t even filled up all the way but at that point I was over it and ready to leave.

  The boy working here is one of the rudest employee I ve seen in a long time. He is too busy on his phone honey to take care of customers. Dont know his name but it is 8/7/26 at 12:15.

  The district manager was so bad, I actually recommend everybody stay away from every Sonic in this district. Absolutely unacceptable.

  If i could be able to rate it 11/10 i would, they care about their customers and ive going here getting strawberry shake for my wife the whole pregnancy and when she started to have the upcoming delivery, they gave it for free. Always did extra and everything for us for months

  I really want to like this place like I used to. Please get better managers that KNOW how to communicate with customers that got a wrong order. I have been here MAYBE 3 times in the last year mainly because I cannot believe how the employees treat their customers. Me and my family will not go back, same with Arby's up the road...maybe customer service just isnt what it used to be.
