    The they read my order back to me incorrectly 3 times. Finally someone else took the order. They read it back correctly and the order was still wrong when I got it.

    Absolutely done spending money at any sonic because of this exact bs. 20 min in line after ordering right away. 2 blasts with absolutely no toppings. The ice cream was fine but only filled up 3/4 of the cup...then literally 15 small chocolate flakes of brownie. 16$ for some bs. After a 20 min wait. Im done sonic.

    If I could make it a zero I would how do u have no customers but then ignore us 3 times please work on your customer service and chose employees that aren't always high I had to ask him if he was up there yet

    I was already expecting them to be awful due to the reviews, but my daughter really wanted sonic. I would’ve gone to the 144th location but the reviews were just as bad. For kicks, I set my timer to see if it was really that long of a wait to get food. I waited 18 minutes for my order. For fast food lol. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the intercom bc he could not grasp a menu number or what I ordered and got charged .30 cents for a kid size cup of water. They never provided me with an actual receipt with my transaction either just a list of the items. Did I mention that there were zero people in line when I drove up? Only two car la in the car hop places. At least 4 employees that I saw. The fries were ice cold, and not full of the gross fries in the first place. They were rude and barely said a word to me. They didn’t even put the lids on the cups all the way which caused a soda I ordered to completely spill everywhere. I bet all the company will say is they are ‘bummed’ I had a bad experience but offer for me to waste my time calling to complain about them to corporate. They do nothing to actually correct the issues. They just act bothered about a complaint and that they have to even deal with the consequences of hiring the literally worst employees who know absolutely nothing about customer service or how to treat a paying customer. They should just sell the property and give it to a fast food place that will give a crap about their customers. Maybe find better leadership and a manager who actually cares about the customer and about what kind of food they are putting out. Totally gross. Total waste of money and time. Spent $37 for nasty food and awful service. Would not recommend this place, would not recommend spending money here. They don’t care literally at all. I took pics but there’s no option to upload them. Go figure

    Worst Sonic I have ever been to. The “manager” Phoenix is unfit to manage. We sat behind one car with about 15 behind us for 25 minutes. We ordered two slushes. When I called inside and asked if we could move and pay and get our drinks or the car ahead could I was given a snotty rude attitude from the manager and told “we don’t do that here” which is quite crazy considering And all of the other cars are literally ordering from parking spots. I will never ever visit this place again and I don’t recommend that anybody else does.
