  The experience was honestly very frustrating. At first, the speaker wasn’t working properly, so an employee had to come outside to take my order. While she was taking my order, I wasn’t finished and she started walking away, so I had to stop her to let her know I also needed a large Dr Pepper. When I received my order, I was given both a Root Beer and a Dr Pepper, even though I didn’t order the Root Beer. I also specifically ordered two marinara sauces, but neither one was included in my bag. Then there was an issue at the register. My order was charged around $25, and I was told I owed 3 cents. I ended up giving them the 3 cents, even though the whole situation was confusing and unnecessary. On top of all of that, the burger was honestly nasty and not enjoyable at all. Overall, there were too many mistakes with the order and the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I needed to leave a review.

  The girl who worked i believe Tuesday night the drive thru, she needs a raise n needs ti teach those other .... people who work drive through about common sence and courtesy, if I had some cash on me i would of gave her a 20 for a tip ALL BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE EVER UP NORTH HERE (Im from Texas/Colorado) THAT HAD THE SENCE TO WALK OUT 2 BAGS OF ICE OUT TO US AND GET OUR PAYMENT COMPARED TO ALL THE REST OF THE INCONCIDERATE FOLKS WHO WE WATCHED PULL OUR BAGS OF ICE OUT, SAT IT ON THE COUNTER/TABLE AREA THEY USE FOR DRIVE THRU AMD WALK OFF AND LET OUR ICE MELT BEING OVER 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE MIND YOU FOR A SOLID 15 MINS UNTIL WE FINALLY GET TO OUR PULL UP TURN TO GRAB OUR NOW MASSIVELY MELTED ICE AKA NOW A THIRD WAYS OF WATER WITH A SPLASH OF ICE.... thank goodness we ordered two like we usually do cause had to come back the next day for another two . If u have a customer who frequent yalls place of business and is only ordering ice, don't let it melt, walk it out to them n take payment cause once u get it to the customer then it's on them instead of u, just saying. Now for that chick working the drive thru , if I see u again , I have a tip for u girly I got you and thank u sweetheart for having that courtesy towards ur customers! And doing it with a smile on ur face at that, I appreciate that.

  The district manager told me herself that she has talked to me multiple times, even though I do not remember her. She was disgustingly rude. If she is the district manager, then surely she will see every negative review on every restaurant in this district! I really hope your 3 minutes of rudeness was really worth this. I genuinely hope so.
