  If I could put negative stars I would, we were at the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting for an order that was placed online. I would understand if there was a long line but there was only 4 cars including myself.

  Both times I've visited I've waited at the drive through intercom for at least 15 minutes and never had my order taken.

  LOVE THE SIX DOLLAR MEAL WITH THE all American burger. Its a huge burger and totally filling. One of the only places left offering a decent meal for that price.

  HORRIBLE customer service. The older white gentleman who I spoke to 3/5/2026 was very rude and aggressive . He told me the manager Destinee doesn’t know how to do her job and relies the wrong information to customers when dealing with an incorrect order. He tried to compare sonic to Walmart and said “you cannot go to Walmart without a receipt and expect a return”.Which I don’t know what Walmart has to do with fast food and sonic making an error on my order … I wasn’t returning anything. The manager advised they would remake a drink that had a hole in the cup and leaked out all in my cup holder. I was also charged twice for extra strawberries. The drink didn’t barely have any strawberries in it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake made on there end, he just argued with me over a simple fix they could have provided.
