  Order 50$ worth of food. Asked to confirm all of my order was in the bag. Got home and my tots was missing. Called to inform them and the lady was very rude and told me I was lying. Very bad customer service

  Went to this Sonic today, spent literally 30 minutes just to leave without any food. Other people came and ordered and got their food no problem. Mobile orders came and got theirs. Never again will i come to this location. Absolutely horrible service. And they werent even busy. When i left i went to Burger king right up the street and got my food freshly made and they had only 2 employees working at the time. So kudos to Burger King on 30th and Ames

  Ordered a All-American Sonic Smasher triple a Sonic Blast Butterfinger medium and when I received it the french fries were no longer than half of my index finger and cold not even warm the Sonic Blast was only 3/4 full doesn't look anything like the picture extremely disappointed

  The experience was honestly very frustrating. At first, the speaker wasn’t working properly, so an employee had to come outside to take my order. While she was taking my order, I wasn’t finished and she started walking away, so I had to stop her to let her know I also needed a large Dr Pepper. When I received my order, I was given both a Root Beer and a Dr Pepper, even though I didn’t order the Root Beer. I also specifically ordered two marinara sauces, but neither one was included in my bag. Then there was an issue at the register. My order was charged around $25, and I was told I owed 3 cents. I ended up giving them the 3 cents, even though the whole situation was confusing and unnecessary. On top of all of that, the burger was honestly nasty and not enjoyable at all. Overall, there were too many mistakes with the order and the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I needed to leave a review.
