  Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my food and was given cold soggy tots, a cold burger, and a melted ice cream float. Youd think after waiting so long the food would be fresh and good. Can't even call to speak to a manager. I want my order refunded.

  We came to this location to grab some food after a baseball game on 5/7/26 around 1030 pm. My husband was trying to order and the lady rudely interrupted him and caught an attitude, not letting him finish the order. If a person does not enjoy her job, maybe get a new one. Customer service was extremely lacking and the attitude for no reason was extremely unnecessary. I hope Sonic as an organization would value their customers over an employee that doesn't respect their customers. We left without service die to the horrible treatment.

  Went through the drive thru and lady taking our order was yelling at us since we got there. & kept yelling. Terrible customer service. Super rude and rushing us to order when we had just gotten there.

  They took for ever to make our food , there are always high school kids loitering around here even late at night , all the staff looks like they went to prison and there are only like 3 people working here to make your order so it takes for ever for your order to actually be made . I HATE THIS SONIC !!!
