  Wow by far the best service we have received at a restaurant in a long time! Drinks came fast and were kept topped off perfectly. Not too much not too little. The food was amazing as well. We’re taking a little pathway. They built it for us to walk through, so we’re going to test it out and see if they did a good job. You’re gonna grade grade 0. They get a zero and complete. They don’t have. They don’t have shit in between it, like you got a friend.

  We visited late in the evening on 8/28. The environment was great and the service was solid, until our entrees were delivered. Our server tabled our entrees and then we didn't even see her again until after we were done eating. I ordered the larger filet cooked medium and it was a very rough cut of meat. It looked like it had been through it a bit - half of it was well done, and the half that was cooked to decent temp was extremely hard to chew and somehow very dry. I managed to choke down two bites then couldn't do any more. There was no opportunity to ask for a redo, because there was no server around and no one came to check on us. When our server did eventually show after we had been done eating for some time, seeing my uneaten steak on my plate she didn't inquire about satisfaction. She asked whether we were ready to go or not and brought back a box. It was close to 9 pm at that point and we didn't want to wait for a redo at that point, just we let it go and took the filet home to the dog. We don't expect to be return customers.

  The food is everything I expect from a steakhouse, Anne gave exceptional service having the manager come to me and offer me a free appetizer on my next visit was a nice touch

  We have tried Saltgrass and we were so disappointed. Not this time!!!! They were wonderful!! The new manager Gonzalo made sure to come over and talk with us when he found out that our last visit was a bust. Brad our server was great! Gave us great advice on what to order. Our two visits could have not been more different. I 100% recommend checking them out if you haven’t recently.

  Horrible dinner. I ordered a very expensive steak medium. It came bloody raw. Our waiter was unfriendly and rude. He didn’t check on us until we finished. Needless to say I didn’t eat my steak. After we were completely finished he then offered to get me something different. Kind of late for that as my party had already finished their meals . Will not be going back, poor service and bad food.
