  I brought a buddy here from out-of-state who wanted the best Nebraska steaks our state had to offer. Saltgrass lived up to his wildest expectations! We both got ribeyes, and were very happy with them. The asparagus was great, as were the Brussels sprouts. The “chop salad” was huge and delicious!

  Went here with my family last weekend and it was okay. The beer bread they bring out to start was kind of hard and dry which was a little disappointing. My steak came out more done than I asked for and it was pretty salty. My mom said the same thing about her food. Our server was nice enough but hard to track down when we needed something. The prices feel like they have crept up and for what we got I am not sure it was worth it. Not a bad place but there are better steakhouse options in Omaha for the same price.

  We had a wonderful first time at Saltgrass! The food and drinks were perfect and timely, and the service was exceptional. Berke and the rest of the staff were friendly, accommodating and attentive, even though we accidentally broke a glass. Definitely already planning to go back!!

  I always love coming to Saltgrass! Hands down, it’s the best steakhouse in Omaha. As always, Stefani and Brad took great care of me and provided true five-star service. The management is top tier as well. Gonzalo and James are masters at what they do, and they run a tight ship. It shows in every member of the staff and in every aspect of the dining experience. Everything, as always, was absolutely top-notch. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and an outstanding atmosphere. 11/10—I will absolutely be back!

  We were celebrating our Anniversary so we went to Saltgrass on Sunday and we disappointed by being turned away because there were having parties. We thought we'd try again so we made a reservation on Monday night. We got there 15 minutes early and were seated. I used the restroom and there was water all over the bathroom floor and the carpet outside them was soaked. Tried to order a salad, without onions, they were out of lettuce to make a regular salad so I was told they would give me fries in place of the salad and that I could pick a different side because of no lettuce. A second side didn't come with the meal, I asked but she said I could still pick one because of no salad. We were there and ordered before 6pm, where they have lunch prices until 6pm. I ordered a steak which took forever for them to cook. It came out as a mound of meat and there was blood running all over my plate when I cut the steak., it was supposed to be well done. They made me another steak which again, took forever. I was full by the time they brought it out. When we got the ticket, we were charged full prices, not lunch prices, and I was charged for the extra side that she told me to order since I could not have salad. It was hot in the restaurant. I've been to another Saltgrass and the atmosphere and food was great. This location needs some improvement. I wouldn't recommend this location to my friends. I guess sometimes it just isn't worth going out to eat, but we wanted to celebrate.
