  Our server Justin was the absolute BEST. Very attentive, made sure our drinks were full, packed up our leftovers for us and just overall had great energy. The food was AMAZING. The steak just falls apart in your mouth and is so flavorful. All in all a 10/10 experience made even better by a 10/10 server!

  This was our 1st visit to Saltgrass. Took our moms here for Mother's Day. We're able to make reservations. We had 2 wheelchairs ♿️. We asked for the meat to be cut up & the kitchen did. Our server was attentive & polite. The food was delicious. Although it was a busy holiday, our food came out on time. Our dishes were cleared. Our server even packed up the take home boxes. We will be back. I do recommend Saltgrass.

  Was pretty disappointed 😞. We understood we came on mother's day and everyplace was busy so we chose to sit in the bar area. Hate your stools by the way. Then our server was very blah didnt act like they wanted to be there, barely gave us a chance to sit and before opening menu asking our drink orders. 3 times while my husband went to restroom. I don't like being rushed. Food was good steak was exceptionally tender and was kind enough to let my husband order the marinated flat iron steak. They did not come out the proper cook However. He asked for med well and it was bloody. We were to hungry to complain and unsure of the waiter at this point. For spending 100 dollars I really expected more.

  We enjoy the atmosphere at Saltgrass. It’s supposed to look like an old Texas steakhouse with bullhorn chandeliers, and lots of taxidermy on the walls. The food is decent and the services is good. We went on Mother’s Day and we’re surprised that we walked right in and receded immediately, but it was also middle of the afternoon on Sunday. We have been there when it has a long wait line so I would recommend reservations. It’s a very family friendly environment.

  My wife ordered a sirloin steak cooked medium. The first steak they brought out took about an hour to get, and was blue (super rare). We asked them if it could be cooked a bit more. They took the plate back and didnt come back for 30 minutes. After finally coming back, they brought a steak that was cooked medium. The issue was that it was so over charbroiled that there was a thick black crust over the entire steak that tasted like a griddle. Also the manager came by like 5 times to ask how everything was and wanted to watch me cut into my steak, i felt like a hostage. We ended up just trying it and leaving, will not be coming back. Edit Well the manager came by again and said he would take it off the bill. When i got the bill, the steak was still on there. When i brought it up to the manager, he said "well i took the soda and an appetizer off" which totaled $15. It was a $30+ dollar steak. Then he started arguing with me. He also had to go to about 4 other tables for similar issues. Just very poor management. Our waitress was fantastic, it is sad that she has to deal with such a inept and ignorant manager.
