Well it was a small order, I spent 75 bucks. No big deal. Again I went for the 3rd time looking like I just finished construction work. But I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. So let me tell you what was the bomb!!..the food. Although I need to take a few points away for the taco meat. They did explain and told me up front. And the orchata water drink size. Rojas, pay attention. The standard size cup for virgin orchata is 20oz. cups. Aka large size. Everything else was perfect. And let me tell you what- I loved everything else ... Even the hostess was so cute in her outfit. I swear if I was 75 years younger I'd hit on her. Just kitting. But to the point. The habanero salsa was superb. And I mean superb. My brother whom I bought the meals for and his nurse, told me the salsa and chips could be a meal on their own. The chips stay crunchy long after the meal when the munchies kick in later after a long day. The tacos were a good size portions. The rice and beans were also a great feast. good size portions as well. Me personally would like to see the rice a little more orange than whiteish but only because I was raised in RGV aka South Texas But the beans were on que. Overall I'm happy with the meal I would kiss their cook if the cook was a woman. And the company it was shared with is worth a million dollars. I highly recommend Rojas Mexican Grill. Time and time again. I wish them lots of hard work and many sales week round. Not just Fridays and Saturdays. Rojas is a hidden Gem of Omaha. I travel from Fayetteville AR. So please take my advise, my words weigh in gold and platinum. Rojas Mexican Grill has my blessings. May God grant each and every employee complaints over too many hours of work and their bank accounts fill to retire each employee sooner than expected. God Bless You and every patron that eats at your location. Thank you.

Excellent warm thin corn chips, fresh tostadas with queso fresco, wonderful guacamole and lovely margaritas.

Used to love this place, monthly visits and family birthdays out 5+ times a year. Post covid it's been worse, worse, and worse, but I keep expecting the covid menu reduction and "shrinkflation" to go back to normal. 6 years later feels more than long enough. It's to the point I won't be returning.

Im honestly really disappointed. Me and my boyfriend went here for cinco de mayo. And yes it was busy so we waited which was perfectly fine and the hosts did great. We sat down and our server was great too. It was the food that wasnt. We only wanted a couple drinks and apps. We got the salsa trio and the queso and were not impressed.. 8 bucks for a little cup of queso is insane. It was really really watery and not appetizing. And the salsas werent good either the green one tasted like water, the pico was okay, the habanero wasnt good and didnt look appealing. The best salsa was the one you get when u sit down. I understand that this place was super busy and our food came out quick which was nice. I was just really unimpressed with this flagship restaurant and wont be coming back.
