  Worst service ever! Put in an online order. Waited 15 minutes before heading to the store. They said they were short staffed and it’d be “just 20 minutes”. Took OVER AN HOUR! No apologies. Nothing. Maybe close the store if you aren’t competent.

  We ordered pick up. Had to wait OVER AN HOUR! We were told “it’ll be 20 minutes”. Don’t waist your time. Can’t keep a staff. Love to hang up on people and leave them waiting. Horrible business

  Ordered carry-out, order was wrong. Tried 3 times to call store, was transferred from call center and placed on hold, I believe, for 10min each time with no answer. Contacted customer service who did nothing. Chatted on line and was told someone would reach out, never did. Sent email, someone replied but didn't follow through with anything. Ended up having to order from another pizza place to actually get what i ordered. Employee at store didn't acknowlege me for 10min, wasn't even at the register and then just handed me the pizza and said nothing. Won't be going back.

  I order a pizza for carry out on my way home from work. When I arrived my order was ready according to their display as expected. (So far so good) On line order was easy (also really nice) But! I stood at the register waiting for someone to cash me out and give me my pizza and I waited for a few minutes and other people started to come in and wait behind me as I started to realize my food was greeting old. I could see several employees in the back so I said hey can someone come up and cash me out? No one even responded to my request. I said it loud enough for everyone to hear me for sure. After being ignored by their rude staff members I decided to leave without my order and go elsewhere. Thankfully when placing my order I chose the option to pay at pick up. If I had already paid in advance I would have been at the mercy of the careless staff members. Now had the lobby been full and supper busy or the phones ringing off the hook I would have been more understanding but that wasn’t the case at all. I was the only one when I arrived and the phones were not ringing. I could see 3 staff members in the back. Two were working and one was dancing in place as if possibly he had earbuds in or something. That might explain why he didn’t respond to me idk.

  I've had Pizza Hut since I was a kid and as always great food. I used delivery so I don't know about service in store.
