The crust was not baked on either pizza, and the boxes looked like they were filled with "grease soup". Guessing they should have used the full amount of time to actually cook the order. Wings were good, so we ate those.

Placed an order roughly 1.5 hours before closing, with an eta of 20-30 minutes. Never received my order, and all attempts to contact the store resulted in me being put on hold and eventually hung up. Zero opportunity to talk to a human being and explain my situation or request a refund. If they had been willing to cancel my order, communicate, and refund me, there would be no harm, no foul, and no hard feelings. I have no reason not to believe their behavior wasn't deliberate and malicious.
