- CTChef TortleOct 4, 20261.0I don’t know if new management took over or what. I used to love this location and had Pizza made so good but it’s just been trashy slow and terrible. Sucks how they ruined this location 🙁 Will be sticking to Marcos or another location from now on.
- MMMysterySep 29, 20265.0guy that gave me my order was so fun!! told me he liked my (sublime) shirt and can confirm he is definitely a sublime fan 😆 food was hot and fresh when i picked up and made right as well!! i dont order pizza hut often but i may way more if that guy is there lol :)
- SLStacy LeaseSep 29, 20262.0The food was fresh but whoever was working did not cut our brownie, grease the pan for the brownie or put a lid on our pasta. The pasta sauce got all over the inside of the box, the brownie was stuck to the pan and the box with the bread sticks was smashed. My husband used to work for Pizza Hut and this not their policy. I will not be ordering from this location again.
- WCWill CarrollSep 25, 20261.0It would be great if Pizza Hut actually delivered the pizza instead of handing it off to Doordash, as their drivers just take it for themselves and I paid $60 for literally nothing. And trying to contact a human being to process a refund? I've called and emailed everyone and have yet to receive anything
- KMKevin MartinezAug 19, 20261.0This pizzeria is crap. I waited 45 minutes for my order, and when I picked it up and got home, the pizza was made wrong. I went back, they remade it, and I had to wait another 30 minutes. You leave comments here, and the owner says he’ll do something—always thanking you for bringing it to his attention—but he never actually does anything or fixes the problem. Meanwhile, the employees are playing on their phones while you have to wait 45 minutes; that’s not ethical. Another thing: DoorDash drivers also have to wait to pick up orders placed via the app, even though the order is supposed to be ready when they arrive since it was placed well in advance.
