  The cashier was incredibly calm, polite, and welcoming with great customer service. There was another lady working there though that alternatively was very rude toward both employees and customers, which made the environment VERY uncomfortable. The cashier handled the situation professionally despite what was going on around her which I appreciated. I feel bad for the people who have to withstand her everyday on her shifts, she needs removed!! Fortunately there was nothing really wrong with my order, but please get this taken care of!

  Ordered food waited over 40 minutes and they still didn’t even get the damn order right missing stuff out of the orders

  Id give a zero rating if I could. I've been there a couple times because I live close but am starting to feel bad for the employees and customers. There is a manager there named Melissa I think her name is that is very rude to her employees and very passive aggressive to the customers. Super loud and throws stuff around. New management needed asap!!!

  brand new Pizza Hut w very convenient drive thru lane. super fast processing from order to pick up. we are frequent customers.

  Do not recommend this location. Ordered food at 7:25 PM, and was told it would be delivered by 8 PM. We still had not received anything by 820, called the store and was on hold until 830. They made the excuse that they were waiting on DoorDash still. I then drove to the location myself, and they tried to give me the pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for almost an hour. They did offer to remake them, but I told them know that I wanted a refund instead. The assistant manager on duty said that she was unable to do this and I would have to talk to the manager when they get back in on Monday., And the refund may go through, but it could take up to 72 hours. To summarize, pizzas were made, and left in a warmer for almost an hour while they were waiting on DoorDash to show up. Store didn’t think to call us to let us know what was going on, and then refused to give us our money back right then. This is officially the worst experience. I’ve had a Pizza Hut in my entire life, and this is coming from someone who used to work there many years ago.
